    • Ideal for those who have some experience with fitness and awareness of healthy eating

    • meal plans are tailored for your goals, and use foods you love

    • includes ability to adjust meal plan as needed

    For those just starting on their healthy eating journey:

    • Learn about what foods to eat more of, portion control

    • Establish behaviours to allow for healthier eating

    • General nutrition awareness
